Book a Class

Join me in person or online — same class, same energy.

These classes are open, responsive, and rooted in the Inspire to Align™ approach. Whether you're practicing in Dorset or joining virtually, you’ll be seen, supported, and guided in a way that honours the people in the room.

Drop-ins are welcome — just let me know if you’re attending online so I can send your Zoom link.

IN-PERSON CLASSES

What to Expect:

These are open, explorative sessions where learning is a two-way street. I teach in response to who’s in the room—offering clear guidance, space for questions, and the chance to slow down and really feel the practice.

Expect a mix of movement and deep learning. I’ll check in, offer sensitive hands-on assists (if you’d like them), and create space for you to explore what alignment feels like in your body.

You can book your space online or simply drop in—either way, you’re welcome.

Artistic sketch of a woman in a yoga pose with multiple layered figures, showing extended arms and focused expression, emphasizing movement and energy.
A woman lying on her side on a soft surface, with her arms extended outward and her eyes closed, appearing relaxed and peaceful.

In-Person Ashtanga Yoga Tuesdays

Inspired AshtangaTuesdays | 6.15PM - 7.30 PM
Dorchester Yoga Centre.

A strong, breath-led practice rooted in traditional Ashtanga and softened through energetic connection.
Expect clear direction, physical precision, and space to explore how the posture feels—not just how it looks.
Open to all levels. Modifications are offered to meet you where you are.

In-Person Ashtanga Yoga Saturdays

Inspired AshtangaSaturdays | 10.30Am - 11.45AM
Dorchester Yoga Centre.

Just like Tuesdays, this class offers a softened, breath-led approach to the traditional sequence. We honour the structure, but adapt it to meet you—modifications and support are always available.

Expect subtle strength, clear direction, and energetic alignment—woven into every pose.

Once a month, this class expands into a 2-hour workshop for those wanting to go deeper. Keep an eye on the schedule for upcoming dates.

In-Person Somatic Yoga Thursdays

Somatic YogaThursdays | 7.15PM - 8.15PM
Reading Rooms, Milton Abbas, Dorset.

Affectionately known as “lie-down yoga.

This class is gentle, and deeply supportive.
Designed for bodies that are tired, tender, or just done with being pushed—think arthritis, slipped discs, burnout, post-surgery… or simply life.

No pressure. No fancy poses.
just unraveling, reconnection, and room to come back to yourself.

On-line Classes

What to Expect:

There are two ways to join me online:

  • As a virtual participant in an in-person class (like Tuesday’s Ashtanga). You’ll practise from home but still feel part of the room, with access to full cues, teachings, and group energy.

  • As an online student in a dedicated online class (like Monday’s Yoga Energetics). These are designed specifically for remote practice, with a quieter pace and space for subtle awareness and support.

Whether you're across the globe or just can’t make it in person, there’s a way to stay connected.

A woman doing a yoga pose called Upward Facing Dog or Urdhva Mukha Svanasana with her head tilted back and her chest pushed forward.
A woman in a yoga pose, bending forward with hands and feet on the ground, shown in a minimalistic, artistic style with faint swirling lines above her head.
Illustration of a woman performing a yoga pose, reaching one arm upward and placing the other hand on the ground, with a neutral background and subtle circular lines.

Tuesdays – Online Ashtanga (Virtual Student Option)

You can join the Tuesday Ashtanga class as a virtual student, giving you full access to the teachings and experience—from the comfort of your own space.

You’ll receive the same cues, direction, and energetic focus as those in the room. I move around a lot while teaching, so the camera is set up so you can see the group—not just me—helping you feel connected and part of the class.

Saturdays – Online Ashtanga (Virtual Student Option)

You can join the Saturday Ashtanga class as a virtual student, giving you full access to the teachings and experience—from the comfort of your own space.

You’ll receive the same cues, direction, and energetic focus as those in the room. I move around a lot while teaching, so the camera is set up so you can see the group—not just me—helping you feel connected and part of the class.

Workshops are also available online and offer the same live connection, guidance, and the chance to ask questions in real time.

Mondays – Yoga Energetics (Online Only)

This class is taught live and designed specifically for an online space—slow, steady, and deeply attuned to subtle sensation.

It’s perfect if you’re looking for a gentler practice that helps you reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system, and move in a way that feels supportive rather than demanding.

We explore breath, energetic direction, and somatic awareness—building a practice that’s both accessible and powerful. You’ll be guided clearly, with space to listen inward and move with intention.
