YOGA ENERGETICS

Yoga Energetics

A breath-led, hatha practice guided by the Inspire to Align™ framework.

This isn’t about doing more—it’s about undoing through the pose.
We slow things down to sense more deeply.
Using breath as guide and the body as feedback, we explore subtle movement, energetic direction, and somatic awareness.

Expect adaptable postures, steady rhythm, and the space to feel what’s real.
This is about building trust in your body’s intelligence—through posture as process, meeting you exactly where you are.

 GROUP CLASSES

Open, welcoming, and responsive to the people in the room.

These weekly classes are held in Dorset, with the option to join live via Zoom.

These classes aren’t about ticking off poses—they’re about tuning in. Each session unfolds in response to the group. That might mean breaking things down, offering variations, or pausing to clarify a cue so it lands in your body, not just your head.

I’ll check in, ask questions, and invite you to feel into the posture—rather than just do it. This approach builds understanding, confidence, and a stronger connection to your own practice.

There’s community here. A shared energy that supports exploration, stillness, and those moments of realisation: “Ohhh, I get it now.”or “Why didn’t anyone tell me this before?”

ONLINE CLASSES

Practice from anywhere — without losing the connection.

I love online classes. They’ve allowed me to stay connected to my teachers around the
world — with our the travel stress. And that same freedom is available to you.

I adapt my teaching to the group and hold space for what’s present that day. I’ll guide, check in, and offer clear verbal assists as we go.

If your space allows your whole body to be seen from the side, you’ll receive the same level of detailed attention and energetic direction I offer in person. If not, that’s okay — you’ll still get grounded and guided support.

Classes are small, so you can be seen, heard, and supported.

Workshops & Immersions

Beyond the limits of weekly classes — these are spaces to deepen, refine, and reconnect.

In-person workshops are often rooted in Ashtanga — but explored through the lens of breath, energetics, and intuitive alignment. We slow down to unpack the method, feel its foundations, and approach it with curiosity rather than rigidity.

Online workshops are more widely accessible, often focused on posture, breath, and the energetic and nervous system layers of practice. They offer time to explore subtler threads and reconnect to the intelligence of your body in a supported space.

Whether online or in person, you’ll leave with more clarity, confidence, and a felt sense of connection — the kind that stays with you long after the session ends.

1-1 SESSIONS

Personalised guidance for wherever you are in your practice — or in your life.

These sessions are for when group classes aren’t quite enough. Maybe you're recovering from injury, navigating change, or want to understand something more deeply.
Maybe you're just ready for a more direct line of support.

Together, we work with posture, breath, and energetics — building awareness, confidence, and tools that are relevant to your body and rhythm. There's space to ask questions, slow down, and reimagine how practice can support you.

Available online or in-person in Dorset.

INSPIRED ALIGNMENT SESSIONS

Subtle, powerful support for pain relief, postural ease, and energetic realignment.

These sessions combine the precision of the Emmett Technique with energetic insight and gentle physical or intuitive guidance.
They’re not about fixing — they’re about listening to the body and supporting it to release what it no longer needs to hold.

We work with areas of pain, restriction, or imbalance, allowing space for new patterns to emerge — both physically and energetically. Breath, posture, and nervous system support are gently woven in.

Sessions are held in-person in Dorset.
A 3-session plan is recommended to allow for integration and meaningful change.

This is realignment, not just recovery.

ON DEMAND PRACTICE

This library offers a range of pre-recorded practices, from short, targeted sessions for pain or release, to a full yearlong journey that supports the whole body, energy system, and breath.
