about Ness & Inspire to align

Hi, I’m Ness. Yoga teacher and alignment coach, here to
guide your transformation
through yoga and energetic connection.

I always knew there was more to yoga than pose breakdowns and mechanical alignment. Every time we dissected a posture, something essential felt lost — the depth, the feeling, the truth of it. Over years of teaching, self-study, and unlearning, I discovered what truly creates transformation:
Integration.
— when body, breath and energy, all align.

That’s how Inspire to Align™ was born—first in my body, then through my students.
Now, it’s the foundation of everything I teach.

“Yoga is the awareness of our. doing.”

"As a child, I followed Hatha postures on a record player—feeling free, alive, and strangely at home in myself."

“The world exists as you perceive it. It is not what you see, but how you see it. It’s not what you hear, but how you hear it. It’s not what you feel, but how you feel it .” ~ Rumi

Who would've thought?

At six years old, I was following yoga poses on a vinyl record—breathing, stretching, feeling something I couldn’t name but instinctively knew was powerful.

That feeling stayed with me.
Through art college, across continents, into long days as a photographer—yoga remained my anchor. After hours of carrying heavy equipment, it realigned more than my spine. It reconnected me to myself.

Over time, I dove deeper. I studied Hatha and Ashtanga. I travelled to India. I trained with extraordinary teachers like Louisa Sear, BNS Iyengar, John Scott and Sandra Howling

WE ARE NOT DOING YOGA - WE ARE UNDOING WITH YOGA

//

WE ARE NOT DOING YOGA - WE ARE UNDOING WITH YOGA //

We are not doing Yoga — We are undoing through it.
Letting go of patterns. Releasing what no longer serves. Reclaiming the space to feel fully, and freely yourself.

Somewhere along the way, I began to feel something missing.

The more I dissected the body, the more I sensed that something essential was being left behind—the depth, the energy, the feeling of it. Poses started to feel like performance.

That’s where integration became everything.

What started as a personal practice became a path of transformation. Through years of teaching, self-study, and energy work, I developed a way of working that goes beyond the surface—one that helps my students to reconnect to their bodies not just as something to shape, but as a source of power and knowing.

I assist my students to find their true alignment through integrating with their energy system.

Now, I teach yoga as a practice of integration.

I find that there are students who are energetically attuned but physically disconnected—or physically practiced but longing for deeper meaning. My work bridges that gap.

Through understanding breath, energetic awareness, and alignment-based practices, I support you to feel empowered, embodied, and free.
