Hi, I’m Ness.
Yoga teacher, alignment coach, and lifelong explorer of how the body and energy speak to each other—and what happens when we finally listen.

I’ve spent over 20 years guiding students through the subtle, transformative layers of practice—beyond just the physical.

Inspire to Align™ is where that work lives now:
