I’ve been teaching yoga and developing my connection to energy for 18 years. Inspire to Align is how I bring you the combination of my passions. By combining powerful energy work, physical alignment practices and my own experience of yoga I inspire my students to align and connect energetically so the body can find it's own true alignment.

    Traditional counted and self practice ashtanga vinyasa yoga, both online and in-person classes, workshops and retreats. Ness offers unique ways of accessing the postures by finding space in the body, breath and mind.

  • Personal Alignment Plan

    By having a private session we can discover the perfect alignment path for you. I work with Emmett Technique, Energy work and Thai massage to work with you on an individual level to overcome blocks and find more space in your practice.

  • Yoga Energetics

    A combination of traditional yoga practice, somatic and energy work to experience a deeper connection to the practice and understand your own unique alignment.
