Back to the Heart: Counted Practice – Half Primary, Half Second 14 June We’re diving back in — breath by breath. This session brings the same steady rhythm and clarity of the counted method, this time blending Half Primary with elements of Second Series. It’s all about staying grounded in the Tristana method — breath, bandha, drishti — while gently expanding into new terrain. Despite the name, the Intermediate Series isn’t reserved for the advanced. It’s a space for exploration — open to all. Modifications will be offered, pathways given. The first half of Second Series is a beautiful preparation for backbending — opening the front body, the heart, and the breath. We’ll move with intention, not intensity. Postures will be grouped to keep flow, focus, and form. Whether you're new to Second or simply refining your Primary, this space is here to support your practice — not perfect it.
