This session is about getting back to the heart of Ashtanga. A counted Primary Series, steady and deliberate, rooted in the Tristana method — breath, bandha, drishti. We move with awareness, not urgency. Postures will be grouped to keep the flow clear and practical, without losing the depth. No forcing, no rushing. Just showing up, staying present, and letting the practice do its work. Expect:
